Support For Individuals, Couples, & Families
Evidence-based, trauma-informed clinical psychotherapy, coaching, and consulting that integrates neuroscience, psychology, attachment, and whole-person care to support healing, nervous system regulation, and growth.
Individual Therapy
I provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to work through personal and professional struggles and improve their overall health and well-being. I work with clients to address emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges by exploring thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to gain insights and develop coping and healing strategies for a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
Couples Therapy
I provide guidance and support to help couples improve their communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationship by identifying and addressing various challenges and underlying issues. I specialize in pre-marital counseling, communication challenges, betrayal trauma, infidelity, and sexual challenges.
Group Therapy
I create a safe, collaborative group environment where individuals can openly share experiences, explore challenges, and grow alongside others facing similar concerns. Through guided therapeutic processes, open communication, and peer feedback, participants gain insight into their emotions and behaviors while building connection, empathy, and practical skills in a supportive, non-judgmental community.

My Approach & Values
Living in North Pole, Alaska for almost two decades shaped how I understand resilience and hope. Watching the northern lights dance in the cold, dark winters taught me that even in the darkest, coldest moments, something unexpectedly beautiful can emerge. That perspective carries into my work—I believe that within pain, uncertainty, and struggle, there is still the potential for clarity, growth, and transformation.
My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach that honors the whole person—mind, body, and heart holistic healing. I believe healing and growth happen within a safe, collaborative relationship and space where you feel seen, heard, respected, and empowered to heal at your own pace. I integrate practical strategies with deeper exploration, helping you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room. This is inclusive of top to bottom, bottom to top and bilateral healing techniques.
